Refund / Return Policy

We understand that from time to time returns will be necessary. 
Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a us, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return non perishable goods for an exchange if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. 
In some circumstances such as gifted jewellery not fitting, we will where appropriate, offer to re-size free of charge. 
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and original packaging and receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you purchased the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
Products not eligible for return include: fresh /perishable food, opened packaged food, opened household products, personal hygiene products.
